Where do you ship?

Sterling & Son currently only ships within Australia.

How much is postage and handling?

Postage and handling costs are included in the order total. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are packaged and shipped on a weekly basis via Australia Post. Due to demand your work may ship earlier or later, but all orders are shipped ASAP. Domestic delivery delays have been experienced by Australia Post over recent months as a result of COVID-19 disruptions. If you have a question please contact us

Will my order arrive safely?

All orders are wrapped securely with recycled materials.

In case of damage, please contact us immediately.

Do you offer a pickup or click + collect service?

Customers who live in Canberra region are welcome to collect their services from our residential studio in the Woden Valley. Please select ‘pick up’ when going through the check out.

What is your return policy?

Sterling & Son does not offer exchanges if you change your mind. 

If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP. You must provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented and we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package.
